We are now working with a very successful US investment bank. They are looking to recruit an Analyst Associate into their London Natural Resources M&A team. This team advises companies in the metals and mining, oil and gas, and chemicals sectors.

The role will focus on:

  • Leading the execution of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and management buy-outs.
  • Working on the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda, and supporting financial information.
  • Deal Structuring
  • Active member of the M&A team

The successful candidate will have a background as follows:

  • Background in investment banking, M&A, or Big Four M&A/corporate finance advisory.
  • Natural resources experience is useful although not essential for the role.
