Zachary Daniels are currently supporting an amazing business with the appointment of an Inventory Specialist. The organisation is a well-recognised global lifestyle brand known for high-quality, creatively designed products. We are looking for an Inventory Operations Lead to take ownership of stock accuracy, streamline processes, and work cross-functionally to keep operations running smoothly. You will be based in Head Office working closely with the 3PL warehouse, in-house warehouse, sales, and the finance team, reporting directly into the Head of Logistics.
What You'll Do
- Ensure accurate inventory across warehouses and systems
- Lead cycle counts, audits, and investigate discrepancies
- Streamline inventory workflows and improve controls
- Analyse data, generate reports, and support cross-team collaboration
- Manage intercompany stock transfers and ERP system accuracy
