We\’re looking for a Senior Systems Engineer with experience in migrating users and applications from SCCM / Co-Managed to Intune / Auto-pilot, and migrating from Citrix XenApp to Citrix Cloud. The candidate should have hands-on experience in building and managing virtual desktops (pooled and dedicated).

Responsibilities:

• Ownership and accountability for incidents and requests.
• Strong expertise in Windows OS deployment and patch management.
• Creating vanilla application packages with minimal customisations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues, including device enrolment failures, hardware and software compatibility issues, application deployment problems, driver conflicts, and system configuration problems up to 3rd line support level.
• As an Intune Deployment Engineer, involved in project activities, deploying new applications, and liaising with users and other technical support teams.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment of laptops using AutoPilot and Intune, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Requirements:

• Support Intune/AutoPilot by managing, owning, and resolving incidents and requests. Collaborate effectively with users and technical teams.
• Enroll devices into Intune and configure enrollment settings to facilitate onboarding of new devices.
• Maintain technical documentation related to Intune configurations, deployment processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide support to end-users with questions or issues regarding their Intune-managed devices.
