Job Description:

We are currently supporting a leading professional services organisation in their search for an Interim Transformation Lead. The role will run for an initial 12-month period and be carried out on a hybrid working basis out of the London office.

Our client is currently undergoing a significant transformation. They are looking for this person to work alongside the Chief Marketing Officer to define and execute the transformation roadmap, moving the marketing function to a more product-aligned and data-driven model.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Exceptional programme and project management experience
• Experience working alongside the C-suite to define and execute change roadmaps within Business Development & Marketing
• Prior experience within a professional services environment
• A deep understanding of change management methodologies
