The role involves working on the structuring and execution of European warehouse lending transactions and private securitisations across ABS (consumer; auto receivables) and residential (portfolio acquisitions; bridging loans; single-family rental assets) business lines. This client-facing role will involve collaborating with originators and syndication teams to structure and execute transactions from initial underwriting through to exit of the risk position.
