Manage and execute Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes ensuring timely delivery. Act as the central Point of Contact (PoC) for all quality activities within the development programme. Collaborate cross-functionally, to ensure quality requirements are embedded and met. Drive design for quality principles into the product development process, to mitigate risk. Support DFMEA and PFMEA activities, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Qualifications / Skills needed Bachelors\’ Degree, in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field. Proven experience in a quality leadership role, within a product development environment. Strong knowledge and application of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and Control Plans. Experience delivering products, from concept to SOP and beyond. Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
