We are currently supporting a leading professional services organisation in their search for an Interim HR Transformation Lead to drive their business transformation. The role will run for an initial 12-month period and is based on a hybrid model out of the London office.

Our client is undergoing a significant transformation. They are looking for this person to work alongside the Chief People Officer to define and execute the transformation roadmap, supporting the development of their Centre of Excellence functions to ensure alignment with business needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Exceptional programme and project management experience
• Experience working with the C-suite to define and execute change roadmaps within Human Resources
• Prior experience within a professional services environment
• A deep understanding of change management methodologies
