A fast-growing financial services organisation in Northern England is urgently seeking an Interim Director of Post-Merger Integration (PMI) to lead critical integration activity following recent M&A activity. This is a high-impact role for an experienced leader who can hit the ground running and drive integration across operational, cultural, and technical workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of post-merger integration initiatives across multiple business functions.
  • Align integration work with the strategic objectives of the business and ensure synergies are realised.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across departments including Finance, HR, IT, Risk, and Legal.
  • Identify and mitigate risks across integration timelines, people, and systems.
