Position: Interim Development Chef

Location: East Yorkshire

Contract Type: Outside of IR35

Working Days: 3 days a month (flexible)

Experience: Must have desserts experience, especially in pastry and chilled desserts.

Start Date: ASAP

My client is seeking a skilled Interim Development Chef with expertise in pastry and chilled desserts for specific projects across various food areas such as Bakery, Chocolate, Dairy, Chilled Desserts, and Inclusions. This part-time role, requiring three days a month with flexible scheduling, is based in Yorkshire with potential travel to other UK sites (all expenses covered).

As the Development Chef, you will be hands-on in creating innovative products to showcase to customers. To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• Previous experience as a Development Chef focusing on dessert products.
• A genuine passion for creativity in pastry, chilled desserts, confectionery, and dairy.
