Job Description:

Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA) are working with a services company that is looking to hire an interim lawyer on an initial 3 to 6 month contract. The successful individual will be expected to look after and manage the lifecycle of certain commercial contract negotiations autonomously. This role requires someone who can start in the next 2 to 4 weeks.

Experience required:

• A UK qualified lawyer who is 5PQE+
• Experience drafting and negotiating a plethora of commercial contracts (NDAs, engagement letters etc.)
• Ability to work autonomously

Hybrid working is available, but the individual is expected to be in the office 3 days per week.
