Finatal is collaborating with a blue-chip PE fund seeking an Interim CFO for a professional services business with a £400m turnover and European operations, about to undergo acquisition. The role requires a change agent responsible for:

1. Creating and leading a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
2. Cost reduction initiatives
3. Executing an offshoring programme
4. Strengthening the finance function
5. Enhancing business partnering within the company

The company is highly acquisitive and plans to pursue further M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a CFO, preferably in private equity-backed environments
• Proven ability to challenge and improve financial operations
• Background working in businesses with revenue >£200m, particularly in private equity contexts
