Intelligence Specialist

The Intelligence Specialist provides embedded user support for our partnered intelligence application, covering training, mentorship, first-line support, and data management functions. With a comprehensive training package, you’ll act as a superuser for the application, conducting floor-walking activities and proactively working with users to achieve end objectives.

Core Responsibilities

1. Providing embedded mentorship and support for end users
2. Mentoring user knowledge of existing and new application features
3. Delivering a range of training materials and courses to end users
4. Capturing user requirements and feeding back to the development team for assessment
5. Working in a team and autonomously to support various customer requirements

What we are looking for

• Experience with intelligence in a military setting
• Ability to communicate complex material clearly and concisely
• Strong interpersonal skills
