Job Description:

Interim 3-month contract role for a leading, global (re)insurer in the London Market. The role is outside IR35.

Focus of the role will be on the following:

• Supporting the Underwriting & Claims functions by providing legal and regulatory advice.
• Assisting with Underwriting and Insurance Coverage Advice.
• Drafting Commercial Insurance Agreements such as TOBAs, NDAs, Binding Authority Agreements, and Claims Handling Agreements.

Looking for an Insurance Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE, ideally qualified in England & Wales. Must be available for immediate start.
