Institutional Client Service Associate, London
This role is with an international asset management firm, hiring for their Institutional Client Service team in London. The position is suitable for Associate level candidates with relevant experience managing a client portfolio across the full client lifecycle within asset management.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing an assigned portfolio of existing clients, serving as their primary contact for Relationship Management, Onboarding, and AML/KYC procedures.
- Responding proactively to client inquiries regarding performance, fund strategies, and fees.
- Collaborating with relevant teams to deliver customized reports and client questionnaires.
- Participating in or hosting client update meetings and due diligence visits.
- Accurately recording all client servicing activities in the CRM system.
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new clients.
- Maintaining compliance with AML/KYC regulations.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 2-5 years of institutional client service experience within asset management.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and international clients.
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and effective time management skills.
- Knowledge of investment products; IMC certification preferred.
