Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology infrastructure across our real estate portfolio. This role involves managing projects such as new building implementations, refurbishments, consolidations, and building exits, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full lifecycle management of infrastructure projects, from initiation through to BAU transition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, Real Estate Services, and third-party providers to deliver aligned outcomes.
  • Maintain and manage programme schedules, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Identify, monitor, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Adhere to financial governance: manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Communicate status updates to stakeholders, boards, and executive sponsors effectively.
  • Ensure project documentation and governance are completed accurately and timely.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure projects within Real Estate or Data Centre environments.
  • Strong understanding of the RIBA design/construction process and integrating tech into those stages.
  • Experience managing third-party Telco circuit delivery and Wayleave processes.
  • Capable of coordinating multiple concurrent projects to tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret financial data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience operating within structured governance and regulated industries.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
