Credentials: 3+ years of relevant insurance legal experience. Experience in UK insurance regulatory matters. Strong understanding of agency law and distribution models in insurance. Experience drafting and reviewing complex insurance agreements. Knowledge of specialty insurance lines a plus. Track record of successful collaboration in cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model. Support our F500 corporate client with the following: Draft and review various agreements including: Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) agreements Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs) Facility Agreements Binding Agreements. Provide counsel on agency and distribution issues and associated legal areas. Support the Global Specialty Legal team on day-to-day matters. Advise on legal and regulatory requirements affecting specialty insurance lines. Compensation commensurate with experience and complexity of engagement, together with engagement support and coaching.
