Details: Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 0900-1730hrs Salary: 33k – 38k dependent on experience Permanent Full Time Position/ Hybrid Working Bonus Scheme Employee share ownership scheme Life Insurance Personalised Development and Training Program Responsibilities: Arranging and managing Import shipments from worldwide origins Liaising with clients and other branches, overseas agents, hauliers, etc. Providing excellent customer service to customers, dealing with any queries and providing timely updates Handling order traces, invoices, processing pre-alerts from overseas offices/ agents Completion of Customs entries Job costing and invoicing Providing a first class customer service You will be working with and have the support of an experienced Operational team to provide the necessary support alongside experienced product managers.
