The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs, work in progress, and final jobs within the Image team. This position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.
This role encompasses managing various specialist areas including 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, and possesses strong communication skills, capable of planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously. The team supports clients across all media globally. The role demands high competency in project management and multitasking, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Effective planning, record-keeping, communication with stakeholders, and regular updates to team leaders are essential.
Accountabilities- Take briefs from various business areas and oversee their delivery
- Foster positive relationships within the team
- Understand client challenges and priorities
- Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions
- Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers
- Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements and resources
- Gain thorough knowledge of client systems and processes
- Ensure work progresses timely and within budget
- Keep team members updated on project statuses
- Motivate team during high-pressure periods
- Ensure briefs are accurate and detailed
- Coordinate assets with brief owners
- Act as communication link between the Image team and other departments
- Manage account systems and raise PO’s for outsourced or freelance work
- Secure approval for estimates before starting work
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Require at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within CG or Photography environments. A keen interest in these areas is beneficial.
