The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all incoming briefs, oversee ongoing work, and ensure the timely delivery of final jobs from the Image team. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.

This position covers various specialist areas including 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching. The role demands a highly organized and methodical individual with strong communication skills who can plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The goal is to support our clients across all media globally. The role involves managing projects with diverse deadlines and requirements, ensuring quality work and meeting deadlines through effective planning, record-keeping, and communication. Regular updates and coordination with Commercial/Project Managers, Team Leaders, and the Head of Art are essential.

Accountabilities
  • Take briefs from any part of the business and oversee their successful delivery.
  • Build positive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
  • Understand client challenges and priorities to inform planning.
  • Participate in strategy and planning discussions.
  • Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
  • Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
  • Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review, and production processes.
  • Ensure projects progress on time and within budget, tracking job statuses daily.
  • Keep team members updated on project statuses.
  • Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
  • Ensure briefs are accurate and detailed.
  • Work with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery.
  • Act as the communication link between the Image team and other departments.
  • Manage accounts system, including raising POs for outsourced or freelance work.
  • Ensure all estimates are approved before work begins.
  • Process invoices promptly and accurately.
Skills

Candidates should have at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, ideally within a CG or Photography environment. A keen interest in these areas is beneficial. The candidate should be eager to learn new software, possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and maintain composure under pressure. A proactive, positive attitude and good interpersonal skills are essential.
