You’ll be a trusted partner to managers by coaching and advising, help shape employee experience, and drive positive outcomes across the employee lifecycle. ? What You’ll Be Doing: Provide day-to-day support on employee relations and ensure compliance with local laws. Coach and advise people managers, helping them confidently lead their teams. Drive key HR processes like performance management, compensation planning, and more. Contribute to organisational design changes and employee engagement strategies. Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and HRBPs to deliver integrated HR support. Leverage HR data and insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes. What You’ll Bring: 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR delivery role. Strong knowledge of employee relations with a practical understanding of UK employment law (Ireland experience is a bonus). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
