This is a hands-on, high-trust role focused on keeping the day-to-day People operations running smoothly – from contracts and onboarding to policy reviews and system updates. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy bringing structure to busy teams, this could be a great fit. What you’ll be doing: Managing HR admin processes including onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes Preparing payroll submissions and maintaining accurate employee records Supporting bi-annual salary and performance review processes Reviewing and streamlining internal policies and HR documentation Acting as the first point of contact for general HR queries Keeping data up to date across PeopleHR, Lattice and TeamTailor Helping to drive operational improvements and process efficiencies across the team We’d love to hear from you if: You’ve got 5+ years of HR experience , ideally within retail or a brand-led environment You’re confident working independently, managing multiple priorities at pace You’re happy deep in the detail but always thinking about improving ways of working You’ve worked with HRIS platforms (e.g. PeopleHR, Lattice, TeamTailor, or similar) You’re available to start immediately and open to full-time or part-time working This role is based in London with hybrid working (typically 2–3 days/week in the office). It would suit someone returning to work, between roles, or looking for a hands-on people role in a fast-moving, values-led team.
