This is a newly created standalone HR role where you’ll have the unique opportunity to establish and shape the HR function from the ground up. In this role, you’ll: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the business’s needs. Lead on all employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and supportive working environment. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and L&D initiatives to help attract and retain talent. Work closely with the Managing Director and leadership team to support business growth and HR strategy. Review and advise on employee benefits, ensuring they remain competitive and fit for purpose. You’ll be supporting approximately 100 full-time employees, bringing your expertise to guide the organisation through a period of change and growth. What we’re looking for: A senior HR professional with proven experience in a standalone role, within the retail, leisure, or hospitality sectors – Essential Comfortable managing the full HR remit from administrative tasks to strategic leadership and presentations to the Senior Team.
