Frazer Jones has partnered with a global financial services platform on their search for an HR Associate based in London. Operating in over 40 locations with more than 2,400 employees, this organisation provides essential market infrastructure, liquidity, and risk management services to a diverse client base. Its operations span:

– Commodities: Agriculture, metals, and energy markets.

– Capital Markets: Equities, FX, credit, and interest rates.

– Environmental Markets: Supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy through trading and advisory services.

Role Overview

As an HR Associate, you will work closely with senior leaders and global HR colleagues to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Lead on organisational design, workforce planning, and succession management.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment law.
  • Drive performance management and leadership development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making and improve engagement.
  • Support change management and cultural transformation efforts.

About You:

  • Proven experience as an HR Associate or Operations Advisor in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Commercially aware, with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience in financial services or a similarly regulated industry is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a data-driven, results-oriented culture.
