Our client is looking for an HR Assistant to join their team, acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and supporting various HR functions. As HR Assistant, you’ll support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR projects across UK locations, working closely with senior HR staff. This role offers opportunities to engage in regulatory compliance, process improvement, and learning & development coordination.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage onboarding for new employees across multiple sites
- Support recruitment processes and coordinate interviews
- Administer monthly HR payroll submissions
- Maintain HRIS records (Sage) and implement system improvements
- Coordinate training sessions and inductions
- Ensure GDPR and FCA/SMCR compliance
Qualifications and skills:
