The Opportunity In this role, you’ll be a key member of the HR team, partnering with HR Business Partners and specialist teams across Talent, Operations, and Learning & Development. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the full employee journey—from onboarding to exit—while contributing to strategic projects in areas such as organisational change, inclusion, and employee experience. What You’ll Be Doing Contributing to the rollout of people initiatives across engagement, performance, talent, and internal communications Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations queries, including conduct, capability, and attendance Supporting new joiner and leaver processes, including feedback collection and process improvements Creating and analysing HR metrics and dashboards to support business decisions Working with HR Operations to ensure documentation is accurate and compliant Assisting with annual processes such as compensation reviews, promotions, and workforce planning Ensuring data privacy and compliance with GDPR regulations What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a HR advisory role Experience in supporting from an ER perspective Experience working within Financial/Professional Services would be beneficial Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook #J-18808-Ljbffr
