We are the full-stack product team that helps B2B companies build and grow their SaaS products. We are tech-obsessed, friendly, and we believe great software can transform any business - not just the Silicon Valley giants.
The Role
We are looking for a mid-level HubSpot CMS Developer (1-3 years of experience) who gets excited about creating seamless digital experiences. You will spend about 75% of your time working directly with our clients as their trusted technical consultant, and 25% helping us build cool stuff internally. This is a part-time contract role (80-100 hours/month) - perfect if you want flexibility while working on challenging projects.
Important Details Upfront:
- No agencies - We are looking for individual contractors only.
- Contract work only - This is NOT a direct employment position.
- Min. 6-month commitment.
- Work from anywhere - we genuinely don’t care which country you’re in, as long as you have good internet.
Here’s the breakdown of what we’re looking for:
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Build custom-coded emails that look amazing and actually work across all clients (yes, even Outlook).
- Create dynamic, personalized experiences using HubSpot’s CRM data that make users go "wow, how did they know?".
- Develop landing pages that convert, working hand-in-hand with our UX designers.
- Build and maintain an elegant custom React theme that marketers will actually enjoy using.
- Connect HubSpot with other systems via APIs to create powerful data flows.
- Collaborate with product developers to bridge marketing and product initiatives.
- Chat directly with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- Solid experience with HubSpot CMS development (not just drag-and-drop).
- Experience with HubSpot’s APIs and HubL templating.
- Understanding of email development best practices and deliverability.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience with HubSpot’s new CMS React framework.
What Makes This Role Awesome:
- Work on advanced HubSpot implementations that push the platform’s limits.
- Direct client interaction means your work has immediate impact.
- Join a team that’s building the future of B2B SaaS development.
- Competitive compensation based on your skills and experience.
- Fully remote - work from your favourite coffee shop or couch.
- Flexible hours that fit your life.
Reporting Structure:
You will report to our RevOps lead and collaborate closely with our marketing team.
Our Commitment to You:
We believe in fair hiring and work practices - your age, background, or where you went to school doesn’t matter to us. What matters is your skills and passion for the work. At Sagewill, you will find a genuine, transparent work environment. We do frequent one-on-ones because we actually care about your experience and growth. When you give us feedback, we listen and act on it quickly - no corporate bureaucracy here. Our interview process respects your time: maximum 2 calls, then we make a decision. No endless rounds that waste your (and our) time.
