We are seeking a highly analytical HR Reporting Manager to deliver accurate group-wide reporting, people-related metrics, dashboards, and financial modelling. This role will support HR projects by providing insights, data collection, and reporting while ensuring data integrity across HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance HR dashboards, metrics, and senior management reporting pack.
- Create, analyse, and reconcile headcount and remuneration budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Deliver continuous improvements in HR reporting models and systems.
- Own key internal reports, including gender pay gap analysis, annual pay reviews, and incentive plans.
- Ensure HR system configuration, integration monitoring, and data accuracy.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in HR data reporting and analysis.
- Strong expertise in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and Power BI (desirable).
- Ability to extract, manipulate, and consolidate data from HRIS, payroll, ATS, LMS, and workforce management systems.
- Financial acumen, including cost modelling, budgeting, and variance reconciliation.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Highly organised, process-driven, and able to work under pressure.
