They are seeking to appoint an HR Change Partner to lead and execute strategic people-focused initiatives. Reporting to a talented HR leader, this role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the organization. Responsibilities: Lead and drive strategic change programs within HR, utilizing your expertise in transformation and change management principles. Support HR tech change initiatives and utilize HRIS systems to facilitate change programs. Work autonomously as a self-starter, demonstrating high emotional intelligence to understand business and stakeholder needs.
