Responsibilities:

Our managers are smooth operators and great role models, providing a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. This means:

  • Being an ambassador of our company values, nurturing and developing a positive work culture resulting in high performing and engaged teams.
  • Ensuring that your hotel is fully compliant with all legal, health and safety, and GDPR regulations.
  • Managing all financial aspects of the park hotel including sales revenue, profit margins, budgets, wage costs, and controllable expenses to achieve annual financial targets.
  • Working closely with the central People Team to recruit, develop, and motivate your Head of Departments to maximize team efficiency.
  • Holding weekly Head of Department meetings, weekly 1:1 meetings, and monthly Health & Safety meetings to ensure compliance with business strategy.
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to maximize sales and achieve agreed gross profit margins.
  • Working with every Head of Department to develop and deliver a business plan for their department, including performance targets and reporting.
  • Analyzing competitors and market trends to provide accurate forecasting.
