An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the largest housing associations / new home builders in the UK for a Homeowner Coordinator within the customer-focused Homeownership Team . The team is responsible for handling general lease enquiries, approvals, restrictions, assisting homeowners with selling their homes, providing information to solicitors for prospective purchasers, helping residents purchase further shares through the process called βstaircasingβ, processing lease extensions, re-mortgages, subletting requests, administering the Right to Buy and Right to Acquire, and other purchase option schemes. As a Homeowner Coordinator , you will manage a varied workload, assisting the Officers in the team. The role is fast-paced and customer-focused. To succeed, you must be an excellent communicator, highly organised, attentive to detail, and able to multitask effectively. You will support the Homeownership team by providing excellent service to customers, ensuring tasks are completed in line with policies and procedures. You will keep customers and third parties informed about transaction progress and assist in case progression, sourcing and supplying information or documents as needed. It is essential that you have previous experience working in an administrative, fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills, high organisation, ability to meet deadlines, and stakeholder management skills are required. Good IT skills, familiarity with simple business systems, and quick learning ability are also important.
