Healthcare Senior Procurement Director

Location: London (Hybrid Working Options)

Salary: Up to £100,000 + Performance Bonuses

This is a newly created Senior Procurement Director role, responsible for leading sourcing and procurement efforts for high-profile private hospitals and healthcare centres. You will oversee a team of 20 professionals across clinical, pharmaceutical, and services procurement, focusing on creating value and quality rather than just cost-cutting.

Role Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Managing complex sourcing initiatives in collaboration with clinical and services teams to ensure optimal value for patients and stakeholders.
• Supplier Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare suppliers nationwide, with potential for travel.
• Leadership: Leading a team of procurement professionals to deliver excellence.
• Innovation: Implementing innovative procurement solutions to improve sourcing processes and service quality.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience in clinical or services sourcing within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven leadership in managing and inspiring procurement teams.
• Passion for innovation and adopting cutting-edge sourcing practices.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services.
• Relevant degree and industry certifications (CIPS / MCIPS) preferred.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
