Join an industry-leading pharmaceutical and be part of an established HEOR and Market Access function as a HEOR Manager, working across the UK & Ireland to drive patient access to products through developing health economic and outcomes evidence.
The role:
- Primarily responsible for providing HEOR solutions that support the wider market access plan in addition to:
- Fully managing and overseeing the submission process – you will be developing HTA submissions for new products and/or new indications.
- Supporting the development of the integrated evidence plan through conducting landscape and gap analyses and generating HEOR evidence.
- Collaborating with the Global team and providing input into Global projects – ensuring the UK & Ireland requirements are fully met.
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (eg – Brand, Medical, Commercial) and core stakeholders regarding HEOR projects and evidence value messages.
Required skills and experience:
- Demonstrated HEOR experience gained from either an agency environment or from an internal role within the pharmaceutical experience.
- Experience of managing HTA submissions – this is an essential requirement.
- MSc or equivalent qualification in HEOR or another relevant subject.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and internal/external stakeholders.
