• Deep expertise in regulatory obligations spanning EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, REMIT, and CFTC frameworks.
• Strong people management skills with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
• Thorough comprehension of compliance operations and their alignment with front-to-back business processes.
• Broad-based understanding of financial instruments and global capital markets.
• Proven track record of shaping and embedding new regulatory frameworks from inception to business-as-usual.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a flair for identifying solutions and driving implementation.

OVERVIEW | Head of Transaction Reporting

You will take ownership of ensuring precise and timely submissions to global regulators, while building deep subject matter expertise across a dynamic and shifting regulatory environment.

This role involves conducting proactive assessments of regulatory changes, new products, and market developments, identifying risks and opportunities. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, Legal, Compliance, Data, and other stakeholders to design solutions that anticipate and adapt to regulatory change.

Your responsibilities include enhancing reporting controls, resolving exceptions, embedding automation across manual processes, and shaping strategic initiatives to streamline operations and elevate reporting standards. You will oversee the accuracy of submissions, manage reconciliation frameworks, and monitor emerging trends and industry best practices.
