Head of Regeneration key responsibilities:- Developing and leading regeneration strategies.
- Aligning regeneration goals with the borough’s Local Plan, London Plan, and community needs.
- Advising councillors and senior leadership on regeneration opportunities.
- Leading major redevelopment projects such as estate regeneration, town centre revitalisation, or infrastructure improvements.
- Managing multidisciplinary teams, including planning, housing, transport, and economic development officers.
- Overseeing procurement and contract management of developers and consultants.
