We’re working with a high-growth FinTech start-up to recruit for a newly created Head of Partnerships role. Backed by top-tier investors, and already disrupting a legacy industry, they’re building something genuinely exciting – a product that simplifies finance and puts customers in control.
They’re looking for someone to take ownership of the Partnership strategy, showing how the firm engages with potential and existing partners to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
The Head of Partnerships will:
- Own and deliver the end-to-end partnerships strategy, from identifying opportunities through to execution and optimisation.
- Build relationships with key external partners including dealers, brokers, and lead-gen platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Risk to deliver commercial outcomes.
- Develop frameworks to assess partnership performance and iterate accordingly.
- Be the voice of the market internally, feeding insight back into the business to inform future growth.
Required skills and experience:
- Strong Partnerships and Commercial Strategy experience, ideally within a high-volume environment.
