Job Description:

Head of New Business – Marketing Consultancy

Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days in central London or with clients)

Earnings: Up to 100k base + 40% on-target earnings, with the opportunity to earn accelerators (bonus potential up to 300% of target) + excellent benefits.

We’re hiring a senior commercial lead for a respected name in the brand and advertising world — a consultancy known for helping the world’s biggest brands unlock their creative potential and strategic edge.

As Head of New Business , you’ll shape and lead the consultancy’s growth strategy. You’ll own the new business plan, coach and mentor the commercial team, and build long-term relationships with global marketing leaders.

This role requires a strategic operator comfortable pitching at C-suite level, designing scalable sales plans, and building cross-functional campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with delivery and marketing teams to ensure client needs and business objectives align from pitch to delivery.

This role is suitable for someone who:

  • Has a strong background in consultative B2B sales , ideally in strategy, training, transformation, or advisory services
  • Is confident engaging senior decision-makers and navigating complex sales cycles with global brands
  • Has experience leading or mentoring commercial teams and enjoys building capability and revenue
  • Understands the marketing, creative, or innovation space and can tailor solutions that genuinely add value
  • Loves driving growth in a fast-paced, high-ambition environment
