Our client, a leading Trade Association based in Southwark, Central London, is seeking a Head of Membership Engagement to join their team. The role offers hybrid working with travel across England and Wales, a salary up to £50,000 depending on experience, and excellent benefits including 26 days annual leave, pension, life insurance, and flexible working.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for membership engagement, recruitment, and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members at a senior level.
- Identify prospective members and execute growth strategies across the UK.
- Communicate benefits effectively to current and potential members.
- Manage membership applications, renewals, and related administrative processes.
- Design and conduct annual membership surveys to assess and improve member support.
- Coordinate member meetings and events, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Promote member activities through various channels.

- Significant experience in growing and managing membership services within relevant organizations.
