The business offers various payment solutions - Payment Gateway, Open Banking Payments, Direct Debit, Real-time payments. Key verticals include - Financial Services, Ecommerce, and Ticketing. Clients include - Rangers FC, Flutterwave, Verto, Oakbrook and many others.
The Role:
- Lead & Inspire
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and accountability.
- Define and deliver a holistic marketing strategy that connects brand and performance to business outcomes.
- Set clear KPIs, own the marketing budget, and use data to continually optimise for impact.
- Demand Generation
- Drive full-funnel demand gen and ABM campaigns incorporating across digital, content, ABM, events, and paid media to attract, convert, and nurture high-value leads.
- Align closely with Sales and Product to ensure marketing directly supports pipeline growth.
- Brand & Positioning
- Own our brand narrative — ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across every touchpoint.
- Lead our PR and comms strategy, including thought leadership and media presence, to elevate the brand in the market.
- Insights & Innovation
- Stay ahead of fintech and payments trends, using insight to inform strategy and keep them at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in B2B marketing with a track record of driving growth in fintech/payments.
- Proven experience leading digital-first, product-led marketing strategies.
- Strong across the full marketing mix: brand, demand gen, content, product marketing, PR, events, and partnerships.
- Data-savvy and ROI-focused, with a bias toward action and outcomes.
