Job Title: Head of Executive Compensation Location: London (hybrid) Position Overview: Catalyst Partners is partnering with a leading financial services organization seeking an experienced Executive Compensation professional to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of executive reward programs. The role involves ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards, shaping competitive pay structures, and maintaining governance compliance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive executive compensation strategy supporting business growth and talent retention. Design incentive plans, equity-based compensation, and performance rewards for senior executives. Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and legal teams to ensure alignment with frameworks. Prepare reports for the Remuneration Committee and Board on pay trends and recommendations. Monitor market trends and conduct benchmarking analyses. Work with finance teams to assess financial implications of compensation programs. Engage with external advisors and stakeholders to ensure best practices. Promote transparency and fairness in executive pay policies aligned with shareholder interests. Desired Experience: Experience in executive compensation within financial services or insurance sectors. Knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks, governance, and remuneration reporting. Expertise in designing and implementing reward structures, including equity schemes. Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and boards.
