We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client—a market leader in building envelope solutions—for a Head of Engineering Projects to join their thriving team. This is a key leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of engineering projects from concept through to completion, driving innovation, efficiency, and technical excellence.
The Role
- You’ll lead a team of skilled engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest standards.
- From technical problem-solving and risk management to cross-functional collaboration and production support, this role puts you at the centre of strategic delivery.
- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering project team.
- Own project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Drive innovation in processes and project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, design, and quality standards.
- Collaborate across engineering, commercial, and client teams.
- Provide support for production through technical leadership and training.
- Track KPIs and continuously improve delivery performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership in engineering project management (ideally in manufacturing).
- NVQ, BTEC or equivalent in Engineering (preferred).
