Head of Digital Marketing

? Hybrid | Midlands-based HQ

? Up to Β£90k + bonus + tons benefits!

? 3 days at home, 3 days in office per week

We’re working with a fast-moving B2B tech company looking to appoint a Head of Digital Marketing to lead their central marketing team and deliver digital campaigns that generate leads, drive revenue, and support commercial growth.

You’ll be responsible for setting the digital strategy, overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, and leading a high-performing team focused on demand generation and account-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue and margin goals
  • Lead multi-channel campaign planning across business units and industry sectors
  • Build and scale lead generation, nurturing, and ABM programmes
  • Leverage data and insight to improve marketing performance and ROI
  • Champion marketing innovation through AI, predictive analytics, and marketing automation
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to optimise funnel conversion

About You:

  • Proven track record in digital marketing leadership, ideally within the IT services/MSPs
  • Strong experience in lead generation, customer journey mapping, and marketing automation
  • Skilled in data-driven decision making and campaign performance analysis
  • Able to lead and mentor a team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
