A strategy consultancy is looking for a Head of Data Science and Analytics to manage associate directors and lead analysts/data scientists/data engineers.
THE COMPANY
This company is a well-known strategy consultancy with a global presence and works across all industries (including healthcare, media, retail, etc.).
ROLE
In this role, you will be:
- Leading a team of 20 across London and Europe.
- Managing people at associate director and lead level.
- Doing business development proposals and client work.
- Managing stakeholders with other seniors internally such as other heads of across London, Europe, and in finance, people allocations, etc.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working within a strategy consultancy.
- Management experience a must, ideally cross-functional teams.
- Technical background - while this role isn’t hands-on, you will need to be able to understand the concepts enough to speak to technical people.
- Great communicator, with both technical and non-technical people.
BENEFITS
The successful candidate will receive a salary circa £125k plus a benefits package.
