Job Title: Head of Data & Analytics

This fantastic Performance Marketing Agency is looking for a strategic and data-driven Head of Data & Analytics to be instrumental in driving data-led decision-making, client performance, and shaping the agency’s analytics vision.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and implement the data strategy, improve measurement frameworks across digital marketing channels (Paid Search, SEO, Social, CRM, and Programmatic), and model for ATL activities.
  2. Work closely with Client Services and the Management team to ensure all data projects have a viable commercial model.
  3. Manage and line-manage the analytics team.
  4. Collaborate with the New Business team to create high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, and pitch requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within an agency environment.
  • Specific experience in an Analytics / Measurement role.
  • Hands-on experience with onsite analytics platforms (Google Analytics), container tag platforms (Google Tag Manager), data warehousing platforms (e.g., BigQuery), and programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R.
  • Experience managing team members.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms to ensure measurement is tied to client performance.

This role offers hybrid working (2-3 days a week) in Central London.
