Job Title: Head of Data & Analytics
This fantastic Performance Marketing Agency is looking for a strategic and data-driven Head of Data & Analytics to be instrumental in driving data-led decision-making, client performance, and shaping the agency’s analytics vision.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the data strategy, improve measurement frameworks across digital marketing channels (Paid Search, SEO, Social, CRM, and Programmatic), and model for ATL activities.
- Work closely with Client Services and the Management team to ensure all data projects have a viable commercial model.
- Manage and line-manage the analytics team.
- Collaborate with the New Business team to create high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, and pitch requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience working within an agency environment.
- Specific experience in an Analytics / Measurement role.
- Hands-on experience with onsite analytics platforms (Google Analytics), container tag platforms (Google Tag Manager), data warehousing platforms (e.g., BigQuery), and programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R.
- Experience managing team members.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM platforms to ensure measurement is tied to client performance.
This role offers hybrid working (2-3 days a week) in Central London.
