Seeking a Head of Corporate Real Estate & Site Management. This role offers a unique chance to shape the strategic direction of a global real estate portfolio, ensuring that physical spaces and travel operations align seamlessly with business objectives and enhance employee productivity and satisfaction. The role will oversee the strategic planning, commercial management, and optimisation of a diverse real estate portfolio, encompassing approximately 25 offices across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and Asia-Pacific. This pivotal role also includes the efficient running of facilities, workplace coordination, travel, and health & safety for all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Plan Development and Management: Craft and execute a comprehensive strategy for real estate, facilities, travel, and health & safety that aligns with the company's long-term goals.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage the company's real estate portfolio, including leasing, tenant management, acquisitions, dispositions, and space optimisation.
  • Workplace Strategy: Design and implement strategies that enhance employee experience, productivity, and collaboration, including workplace operations and reception services.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all company facilities, including sustainability initiatives and eco-friendly practices.
  • Travel Management: Oversee travel operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective arrangements for employees.
  • Commercial Management: Handle commercial aspects of site operations, including budgeting, vendor contracts, and financial efficiency.
  • Health & Safety: Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment.
  • Budget Management: Manage the integrated budget for real estate, facilities, travel, and health & safety, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align site management initiatives with business needs.
