I am exclusively working with a growing Lloyd's syndicate in their search for a Head of Compliance. This is a newly created role, where you will be building out the compliance function. You will have 1 direct report and this will be a hands-on Compliance role where you will be involved in the day-to-day duties as well as the strategic element of the role.

The ideal candidate must be from a Lloyd's syndicate background and someone who either holds the SMF 16 title currently or wants to work towards it. Any applicants without this experience will not be considered.
