The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially driven Growth Lead or Growth Manager to join a growing SaaS business focused on influencer marketing. This is a hands-on role with a focus on business development, client acquisition, and scaling a new offer in both the UK and global markets. You will be selling into hospitality and brand marketing teams, ideally with experience in either influencer marketing or hospitality tech.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading outbound sales activity, including prospecting, cold outreach, and following up on warm leads
- Managing your own sales pipeline from outreach to deal closure
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential partners and clients
- Feeding insights back into the leadership team to refine the sales strategy
- Attending client meetings and industry events (in person and online)
- Occasionally supporting international activity if the opportunity makes sense commercially
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally within SaaS
- Strong preference for experience in either: Influencer marketing platforms or agencies, selling to brands or hospitality clients
- SaaS sales within the hospitality sector (for example booking platforms or reservation systems)
- Proven track record of hitting commercial targets and managing end-to-end sales
- Confident communicator who enjoys building rapport and getting stuck into deals
- Someone who thrives in a sociable, team-oriented environment but is also comfortable owning results
Nice to Have
- A personal interest in influencer marketing or brand partnerships
- Experience selling internationally or dealing with global clients
- Familiarity with modern CRM or prospecting tools
- Startup experience or a strong appetite for fast-paced work environments
How We Work
- Hybrid working setup with regular access to a casual workspace in London
- Informal, collaborative culture that values clear communication and self-starting attitudes
- Flexibility to travel if commercial opportunities come up, but no regular travel requirement
- We are looking for confident operators, but cultural fit is important. We prefer people who are grounded and collaborative over those with a big ego
Additional Info
For those coming from competitor companies, we will assess any potential contractual restrictions such as non-competes on a case-by-case basis. If the role goes well, there’s scope to grow with the business as we expand into international markets.
