Job Description:

JSS is exclusively partnered with a leading, listed Private Equity firm on a variety of roles.

I am keen to speak with bright, driven ACAs with a strong track record in professional training and academics.

The ideal candidates will have experience with large and listed, complex groups, not necessarily in PE or Asset Management.

Role highlights:

• Preparation of financial reporting for each PE board and on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Financial reporting including platform-level budgets, forecasts, detailed cost reporting, variance analysis, and long-term projections.
• Collaborate with Fund Administration, Portfolio Monitoring & HR to generate consistent platform-level reporting for each board.
• Coordinate with finance teams across the group to ensure consistent financial reporting.
• Oversee and analyze accounting data prepared by outsourced administrators and internal teams.
• Prepare budgets and monitor performance against them.
• Assist in preparing segmental financial forecasts and projections.
• Drive improvements in processes and controls in financial reporting.
