Focus 5 Recruitment are proud to be working with a client who is looking to hire a talented Creative Graphic Designer to join their growing marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially minded designer to bring innovative ideas to life across a wide variety of B2B and B2C marketing channels.
The ideal Graphic Designer candidate will have strong digital design skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of brand identity and consumer behaviour. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver high-impact visual content that supports multiple brands within the client’s UK-based, family-owned group of companies.
Key responsibilities for the Creative Graphic Designer:
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to understand brand identity and deliver design assets that reflect each company within the group.
- Design and deliver digital and print marketing materials, including websites, catalogues, emails, exhibitions, adverts, and POS.
- Develop brand toolkits and sales support materials to maximise commercial performance.
- Create visually engaging B2B and B2C content across advertising, promotional campaigns, and web platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials, aligning with marketing calendars and campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects using project management tools to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support web design tasks and content creation for platforms like WordPress and WooCommerce.
Design and marketing experience we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in a creative digital design or marketing role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong portfolio of design work.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and brand development.
- Experience with email marketing, digital adverts, and web page design.
- Commercially aware with a keen eye for market trends and consumer engagement.
- Experience using WordPress (Elementor and WooCommerce experience is a bonus).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and adapt creative concepts.
- Highly organised, flexible, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong time management skills.
