A fast-growing global organisation is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their busy and hugely successful team. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious recent graduate (2024/2025) with a demonstrable interest in HR (to include some relevant work experience or an internship) to secure a role with real growth potential. Candidates will be extremely well educated, have impressive extracurriculars, and be driven to achieve.

Your role will be to focus on the administration for the HR function across London and their EMEA locations as well as getting involved in HR projects:

  • Assisting with general HR enquiries
  • Supporting benefits administration
  • Liaising with the wider operations team about the employee lifecycle
  • Assisting with employee documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records in the HRIS
  • Collating information for payroll
