Perform statistical analysis on our customer base to formulate pricing or commercial strategies to optimize revenue. Deliver insights to support business decisions and design algorithms to improve pricing or operational strategies. Develop a thorough understanding of relevant internal and external data sources. Collaborate with other departments to develop best practices in analytics and experimentation. Design and build internal self-service analytics and experimentation tools. Experience & Skills Required A Master’s degree in a quantitative subject, preferably Physics or Mathematics. Ability to interpret business questions, query data (SQL), and apply statistical methods. Strong understanding of statistics (probability, distributions, hypothesis testing, regression) with practical experience. Experience using statistical software and programming in R, SQL, Python, or similar. Excellent communication skills to understand stakeholder needs, deliver findings, and foster collaboration. Preferred Requirements Experience identifying opportunities for product or business improvements and measuring success. Experience with modeling techniques like time series forecasting, segmentation, clustering, or anomaly detection.
